Return & Replacement Policy

Thank you for purchasing myTankLinker from SME Dehradun. We value your satisfaction and ensure quality support. Please read the following policy carefully.

1. **6-Month Replacement Warranty**

All myTankLinker variants are backed by a **6-month replacement warranty** against manufacturing defects.

⚠️ **Note:** The warranty **excludes**:
– Damage due to **fire**, **water**, or **electrical surges**
– **Tampering**, **self-repair attempts**, or if the device has been **opened physically**

Warranty is void if the product has been disassembled, modified, or damaged due to misuse.

2. **Return Eligibility**

To be eligible for a return:
– You must request a return within **7 days** of delivery
– The item must be **unused**, in **original packaging**, and in **resalable condition**
– Return reason must be valid (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged during shipping, etc.)

3. **What Is NOT Covered for Return or Replacement**

❌ No return, refund, or replacement will be provided in the following cases:
– Device is **opened**, **tampered**, or **physically altered**
– Damage due to **improper installation** or **short circuits**
– Return request made **within 7 days** of delivery
– Warranty claim **beyond 6 months** of purchase

🔹 Not Covered Under Warranty:

• – Fire or water damage
• – Opened or tampered units

4. **How to Request a Return or Replacement**

To request a return or claim warranty:
– Share your **Order ID** and issue description
– Attach **photos/videos** showing the problem clearly

5. **Refund Policy (If Applicable)**

– Refunds are processed only if replacement is **not possible** or the item was cancelled before dispatch.
– Refunds will be credited to the **original payment method** within **7–10 business days**.
– **Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.**

6. **Replacement Process**

Once your request is approved:
– The replacement unit will be dispatched within **5–7 working days**
– No extra charges for eligible replacements

7. **Return Shipping**

– For faulty/damaged/wrong products: We’ll bear the return shipping cost
– For other cases: Customer is responsible for return shipping
